On the other note, Google  decided to take away  this blog's page ranking the other day, what a bummer.  Oh well, I guess I just have to work on it a little harder again to gain it back.

Next month will mark my 3 years of blogging. I started blogging on June 1st, 2008. Would you like to see my very first post, mouse over the link and see.

 My husband talked to an online family friend  the other night discussing about our up coming meet-up.  After they talked, the daughters talked too!

Girl from Texas: Hi!
WV Girl: Hello!
Texas Girl : What are you doing?
WV Girl:  Well, I was  watching TV a while ago and now I a talking to you.
.... pause...
WV Girl:  Do you want to see my bunny?
Texas Girl: Yes!  I am bringing toys for us to play when we see each other.
WV Girl:  Okay.  See You!
Texas Girl:  Bye.

Isn't it amazing how blogging connects people from different places.  We are excited to meet a family that we met online through blogging.

Second Year of Blogging

Hello everyone. Time flies so fast, can you believe that it's the mid-year already. Today, June 1st, marks the day I was introduced by a friend to blogging. Actually she started telling me about it in Mid-May but I did not have the courage to start until June. I am glad she did insist for me to blog because I love it ever since.

It's nice to share to others what you are enjoying, enduring, and many things. I learned a lot from blogging and I met a lot of good people/friends too. Thanks a lot Malou!

Snuggle in a Mink Blanket

I usually sleep late so I can do some blogging when the kids and hubby are sleeping already so in the morning when its very cold, I feel so lazy getting up. Hubby sneaked in the other morning and took a picture of me still snuggled in a mink blanket lol.

Champ wants to Blog too

Look who wants to replace me from blogging? It's Chap! Every time I am busy typing on the keyboard, he would try to climb in my lap so he could mess around the keyboard too. Too bad, I am far from retiring into blogging Champ lol.

Blogging is for losers?

Hey guys have you read the latest buzz on yahoo about a 13 year old blogger who is also a fashion designer from the suburbs of Chicago? Reading about her story reminds me of one scene from NCIS show that we watched. One of the cheer leader girls there said that "Blogging is just for losers" it stunned me when I heard that because I don't think she really understand the concept of blogging. But anyhow, back to the topic, here is Tavi Gevinson a successful blogger.

Little by Little... on paying off our debts

Some of you might have read the post I made on my other blog about blogging..debts...life.... where I I talked about our goal of paying off our debts before my husband retires. I am so happy that I have learned how to blog and write paid reviews on products and services because it does help us a little bit on our finances especially on settling our debts. It also help us when my brother died, the pocket money we used for our trip was from blogging. How about you, what did you do with your blogging earning?

Well, maybe you'll be encouraged to join us in writing reviews if I tell you that we have paid off another credit card yesterday. This time around, it wasn't my blogging earning but my husband's blog earning. I am so glad that we paid this off ($2,200.00) because its annual percentage rate is 9.9% variable. By paying it off, we can save $19 every month now. One down and two more to go (So you see, we are very rich.... in DEBTS! lol). The last two credit cards has a low APR with 3.99%, we can manage to pay it off little by little.For the advertisers out there, thanks a lot for giving SAHMs the chance to earn some income while at home. What is PageRank?

When I checked my addictus hobby (blog) today, I can't believe what my eyes saw when I looked on top of my page, I saw a color green on my PageRank button. Well, at first I ignored it because I told myself maybe I was just imagining so I logged out and logged back in again to make sure that I wasn't just hallucinating.. hahaha what a term.. But anyhow, its real.. I got PR2... Yohooooo! Google finally recognize the importance of my page on the web... To those who has high rank than mine, of course you will say that PR2 is nothing, but for me its a big thing lol... So with that being said from the bottom of my HEART, I thank you all who always visit my blog because without you my blog is nothing...Kamsahamnida, salamat, gracias or however you say it...Thank YOU! According to Phil Craven PageRank is the numeric value that represents how important your site is on the web.. It is basically calculated when somebody linked up to you which is considered as a vote. Google also determine how important the vote that has been casted for you. From my understanding it's not just the number of the link you have but the importance also of the page you are linked with. blogging journey

OK here's a quick stat of my blogging experience. I started blogging on the last week of May at Friendster but my dear friend Malou encouraged me to join Blogger.com. So I transferred my posts from F to B. Then just last month, I got my own domain through the help of my webtech mentor Malou (salamat bru).

Now this is my 270th post already, got 3,584 visits, 1,245 profile views, my Alexa Rank was down to 1,570,068(started like 7 million +) so this is a good sign, then my real rank went down from 7k+ to 2,662 (need to bloghop more but no time lol), got countless tags and some awards too. The most rewarding part of this blogging experience are the friends that I met in the blogsphere. So to all of you guys who always visits and contributes ideas to me, SALAMAT po (thank you)!

I got so nervous when I opened my 3Ps yesterday because somehow I've seen number 1 on the myblog section, I thought I got banned from taking opps. I immediately redirected the page to my domain because I don't wanna see bad news early morn... But then when I went back to the 3ps page (after I regain my strength lol), it was a vote from one of the sresitrevda... Gosh, what a relief! In fact I got an additional tack, so I felt so darn good... Whew, as a postie I have to maintain a good standing on the market so I won't be outcasted from taking jobs..

More Ble$$ing!!!

Every morning when I wake up, the second thing I do after cleaning up my self and bed is turning on the PC... Addict??? Sort of lol... Well, I opened 3Ps to see if there's some opps and was delighted to see a green one there but when I clicked it, it says that I didn't met the requirements...I'm kinda disappointed but it's okay... I went back to the dashboard of 3Ps and noticed that I been paid some BUCK$. I thought that it was for my post, it wasn't until I opened my email that I realized that the payment is for the referral I made through 3Ps...WOW, awesome!!! Ye$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$!
