It's been a while since I made menudo that's why when I asked my husband if what does he want for lunch, he said "menudo" so that's what me and my daughter cooked today. I am happy that he chose menudo because I like it more than caldereta. He said that when he was stationed in the Philippines years ago, he's favorite food are caldereta, menudo and giniling... Good thing I have learned how to make them... at least in my own way of cooking hehehe..
