We watched the movie, "RV" the other night and one of the scene that my husband pointed out is when Robin Williams' daughter was a little girls, she was very sweet but as she became a teen, she became very bratty. My husband said that it would be hard for us to be in that position when our kid becomes teenagers already.
Right now, we are enjoying the sweet stage while it lasts.
I didn't think the teens were bad. I have two grown and moved out, and one a sophomore in high school. It's different...no more snuggly time, but it's still nice watching them evolve into young adults. :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen that movie. Yeah, it would be hard if our kids will end up bratty. We can only hope that they would grow up like we wanted them to be.
ReplyDeleteteenagers are tough to deal with, as long as we like how and what our parents did for us and applied the same thing or better towards our kids, i'm sure you guys will be fine
ReplyDeleteI guess there is a part when teens have a challenging phase lol. I mean.. I had those moments too. I think its normal.. though I also feel there are other teens who didn't became like that.. but when they grew up.. in their 20's - those phase comes in. Though I don't really know.. just based on some people I've noticed, lol.
