Harvesting Corn

The Burritos were so excited to harvest the corn that they planted at our backyard. My husband said that when he was a kid, he also tried to grew some corn but the ants always beat him to the corn. He didn't think that the kids' corn would survive from the ants but it did.
They were so happy to reap what they sow.  Next year, they are planning to plant more lol.

  8. Ah, they are able to eat corn like this until they lose a tooth or two...corn like this is great when roasted on a grill...when Allegra had braces, we used to cut the roasted corn off the ear with a knife. Even though she has not had braces for years, she still does that...around here, we love corn!
