We stumbled upon a classic car show the other day when we were leaving the store. My son is a real car buff, so we had to stop and take a look. Some of the cars don't really qualify as "classics" but they were nice to look at. The kids really liked this Plymouth Prowler.
This Chevy Camaro brought back memories of high school for my hubby. There were a few classic hot rods from the Mopar lineup.
This is a car from my FIL's younger years. I'm sure he would love to take her for a spin.
This truck was immaculate. I don't think the owner missed a single detail on this beauty.
This beautiful red sports car was my favorite at the show. Hubby told me it was a Cobra kit car and not the original, but it still took my breath away.
My son was really into this beauty. He was very interested in the "miniature mechanic" taking a look.
There were lots of classic Ford Mustangs. Ms. Burrito like the mustangs.
Photos were taken at the Steubenville Mall Parking lot.
There's nothing like a classic car show. We have an informal one at A&W every week in the summer, Cruisin' the Dub. But what does it mean when the 1985 Mustang you used to drive is now called a classic? - Margy
ReplyDeleteHaha that is what my husband said too. There are some there that aren't classic as well.
DeleteI love classic cars. Great job photographing all of them!
ReplyDeleteThanks, I did not actually paid attention to all the details as I was the only one taking pictures which made me so conscious.

Yup, we were leaving the store when we saw this on the way so we stopped.
DeleteI don't know what I would do for a car like this, especially for a 68 Dodge Charger, thr General Lee from Dukes of Hazzard TV show!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I probably would just keep it prestine in my garage to maintain it's value lol.
DeleteWow must be an enjoyable day at the car show. Lovely to see so many antique cars at the show. Have a nice weekend.
ReplyDeleteYes it was, thanks Alice.
DeleteWow, we would also definately make a stop to check out all these amazing cars. Great pictures. Happy Sunday!

DeleteI love old American cars, as cars in no other country ever had such style...I like them all, bit am partial to that electric blue 1969 Plymouth RoadRunner - so cool! I also am fond of that white Pontiac with the red interior - nothing but gray and tan seats these days. Great collection!
