Fun Exercise

One of the outdoor activities that our Burritos love to do is riding their big bikes. They do this almost everyday. We always bring them by the college and around the elementary and high school area when school is already close. It's a good exercise for them and they always sleep good during night time.
Meet Lizzy, our  good neighbor's cat.  She loves to  play with kids.
A sweet  gesture from my daughter.. a tiny flower picked from the yard.

    Yes, bike riding is a great exercise for your kids. Great that there is a safe place for them to do their biking. Your neighbor's cat seems very friendly to Rylie. And Rylie is so sweet to bring a flower for you. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

    Hi Kelly, the shadow is from the top of the trampoline and the other one is from a mailbox.

    I didn't see your MM entry, so I'll just comment here.

    Biking is really a good exercise. My son keeps telling us before that he wants a bike of his own, but we didn't give in to his request because we don't have space in our condo for him to ride his bike, plus the streets outside are not safe for biking.
