We haven't bought a game table to put the race car track yet so we temporarily put it at the basement so the Burritos can play with it.
The problem is that, when they don't pay atention, they can step on it and break it. Ms. Burrito accidentally stepped to one and it snapped a small part on the track. It's fixable with a glue so it's okay.
When I was YOUNG, we never had any fancy toys. We play with sticks, bottle caps, and things that we can find in the woods. I am glad that my kids can enjoy different kind of toys that I never experienced during my childhood. Thanks for visiting everyone.
Have a great week ahead!
ReplyDeleteI miss when my kids were that little.

It is understandable that some toys will be broken inadvertently. What is important is that the kids enjoyed them while they last, hehehe. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
ReplyDeleteNice basement you got Rose so your kids have some play room. Nice race track toy. The burritos are happy. :)
ReplyDeleteIs that the same one they got one or two Christmases ago? Or is this a new one? Mukhang alagang-alaga ang toys ng mga anak mo sis.
ReplyDeleteDon't stress yourself too much. Relax and have a break.
Take care!

Wow that looks fun - great pics - lovely blog - have a good week Janex
ReplyDeleteGrowing up, a doll was my favorite toy, and my doll buggy.
ReplyDeleteYour children are lucky to have such caring parents, who can give them beautiful toys.
ReplyDeleteWe had beautiful toys too, when we were kids, but we lost everything when we were imprisonned and put in a concentration camp on Java, Indonesia. When the war was over I was too old to play but I loved reading.now I love to buy nice things for my grandchildren.
The race car track looks like great fun. Wonderful shots of your children.
ReplyDeleteI've permanently broken toys on the floor I did not expect. Pick the stuff up, please!

We did not have much at all by way to toys too when we were young. I don't think it really matters-children will find a way to play with no matter what is in front of them. I sometimes think that having less fuels the imagination.
ReplyDeleteWonderful shots. I never had a chance to play with such toys.
ReplyDeleteMy sons used to have something similar too and it's laid out on the floor only when they wanted to play it. Since we don't have much space and I hate clutters, they have to assembled and de-assembled each time they want to play.

ReplyDeleteSame here, Rose. Never actually had any toys. Pero my mother was insisting the other day that I had one doll, hahahaha! And I told her I can't remember. All I can recall was that I think maturely even when I was young. So I played less and I don't think I have ever enjoyed my childhood unlike the Burittos. Children these days are so lucky. They are well-guided by parents like you.
ReplyDeleteLovely entry! Very nice pics!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing;o)
