Pretty Critter

Took these shots last Spring when we first visit Raccoon Park.  While  hubby and kids were busy dipping in the water, I was busy chasing these  pretty critters because they wouldn't stay very long.  I think this one was drinking water that's why I got the chance to take  shots of her.

  7. Very nice! I believe that is a Red Admiral. They were out in large numbers this past year. It was The Year of the Red Admiral. Pretty little things, aren't they?? Nice job! ~karen

  13. Hi sis nuts, yup sa ilalim ng sand me water, that's how butterflies drink... May pointee little needle thing baga kasi sila..
