When we get sick

My husband is like the doctor in our household. He is the one giving medicine when our kids get sick. I seldom get really sick but when I do, he always takes care of me and take charge of the kids and the house chores. Lately though, my migraine keep torturing me. Please migraine, go away as I really don't like YOU! I am a kind of person who literally refuse to take medicines lol but when migraines attack, I can't resist not to take meds because it's a pain I can't ignore.

The first time I saw my husband got sicker than a dog was when I was still in the Philippines. I was worried sick that time because he was sooo hot and I asked him if he want me to bring me to the hospital but he said that he will be fine. I did not sleep that night, I spent my whole night rubbing the wet cloth in his whole body. I was glad that he was okay the next morning. My luvvy dubby is a big baby when he is sick, he doesn't want to it food, he just want to lay in bed until he feels better. 1. I'm always getting sick! I think I get sick more in the summer than any other season!

When my husband gets sick he pretends he's not and he won't take a nap or relax or anything! It drives me crazy!

Excedrine does a great job of getting rid of my migraines but I was told to stop taking them because they give me ulcers :(

  3. My hubby is the same way. He hardly ever gets sick, but when he does, he's a big bed-ridden baby lol.

It's so good to know you have a husband who can take charge of the household when you are down. Hope your head feels better soon.

  8. It's really difficult to get sick!
Good for you that John is such a caring person. Maybe because he enjoyed much of your caring like a real nurse eh!

Smile and please always take care!

  9. You have to consult your migraine to a doctor so that he can prescribed the right medicine for it. Masakit talaga ang migraine at halos wala ka nang magawa kapag inaatake ka nito. Your description of your hubby when he is sick is really cute. Siguro he really loves to be taken care of by her beautiful nurse wife so that he does not mind getting sick, lol. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

  10. Pareho pala tayong me migraine. Kapag sobrang init, sinusumpong ako at talaga namang nasusuka ako sa sakit ng ulo. Sabi nga nila eh Excedrin ang mabisa, never tried it, pero meron akong stock. Nakukuha naman kasi sa 2 tylenol ang sakit ng ulo ko, kaya oks lang. Kapag me migraine ako, alam na ni hubby, he would just let me lie down, kasi alam nyang masakit talaga.

Hindi pa naman nilagnat si Rodney ng gaya ng ke John, buti na lang, kasi ako ang natatakot kapag may sakit kahit mga anak ko eh, di ako natutulog.
