Grocery Day

Some of you might have seen these photos already as I posted it in my Etcetera blog last year. These were taken at the Commissary inside the base in Korea. I miss shopping there because all the produce are really cheap compared to the stores in here. Hubby and I can buy a pack of pork ribs for just a couple of dollars but over hear, you will shell out 8 dollars to buy a decent one.

But anyhow, since I don't have any pictures of us in the grocery store over here, I decided to use these photos for the them at Mommy Moment this week.

Sometimes people would look at me like I am sort of weirdo or something when I am taking photos but what the heck, I don't care because I really want our kids to remmeber everything that we do together as a family.

  2. I'm sure your family had a grand time shopping at the Commissary because it's spacious, it's clean, everything is much cheaper, and they offer so many choices! By the way, we're alike in one thing: I take pictures of my son, too, wherever. LOL!

  4. I know what you mean by people staring at you when you take photos.. I feel the same. Who cares? Were moms and we want to journal our kid's lives.

I'm sure your kids still enjoy going to the grocery with you unlike my big ones

  11. Yes, there's nothing wrong with taking photos of your kids for posterity's sake. Just don't mind other people who may think you are funny doing that. Your kids seemed to enjoy doing grocery at Korea. The photos really evoked wonderful memories of your stay in Korea. Thanks for the nostalgic post. God bless you all always.
