Burn.. Relieve.. Enjoy!

I mentioned the other night on my "Dose of exercise" post that I had a walk with my husband at Marland Heights when we visited my FIL the other night. We left the kids at Dad for a while and we went for a walk.

Now that I am blogging, it motivates me more to go for a walk all the time just to shoot for things that are pleasing to the eyes plus you burn calories you know (wink)..

Just look at the combination of that white and pink flowering tree, isn't that gorgeous?

Hubby and I saw this white trellis (is that what you call it? am not sure) and we thought of taking our shadows in it, do you see it?
Hubby and I find this swing extra unique, don't you?

Walking is not only a stress reliever but also helps in burning those extra pounds in those unwanted areas in our body so get up, grab your camera, go for a walk and enjoy the beauty of nature!

  7. I couldn't agree more about the walking. I walk a lot. It's a fun and healthy way to see the world and appreciate those little things that we wouldn't even notice if zooming by in a car. Lovely photos you took on your walk!

  10. Great post and nice blog Rose. Your pictures are great and can't agree with you more about walking more to find those special pictures. I'm not sure if the blogs enhance the walks or the walks enhance the blogs!!! Thanks for stopping by.

  20. Double purpose nga yung paglalakad ninyo ni John. Nakakapag exercise ka na at naba burn mo yung extra pounds mo at nakakakuha ka pa nang magagandng shots along the way plus super bonding pa kayong magasawa. What more can you ask? Maganda talaga ang comfortable walk along nature's walkways. Nagkakaruon ka nang communion with mother nature at narerelax ka nang husto at nare relieve pa sa mga stresses na na build up inside. Thanks for the feel good post. God bless you all always.
