Fitness Shadows

Here are some shadows I captured during my husband and I's workout at our mini gym at the basement of our home. He uses bowflex extreme while I use the treadmill.
I only workout on weekend and I wish I could do it more often though. But a 20-30 minutes brisk walking is good enough to let out a good amount of sweat.

  17. HAPPY EASTER TO YOU ALL. It's great that your husband is into regular physical exercises, that he influences you into it. Since that was a regular fare for him, being in the Navy once, he influences his entire family into it. At least your family will not turn into regular slobs like most sedentary families are, lol.     Yeah! ako naman 5 days a week ang training but the more I work out the more I gain. Lao na tiyan kow....
