Rose of Sharon

I took these shots when we were still in Korea. They call this Rose of Sharon (Is it?), am not sure hehehe. But they are so pretty!

    Wow! What a gorgeous flower! I have a Rose of Sharon bush, and the flowers kind of resemble those in your pictures. Korea probably has a different variety than we have here in Central Illinois. The leaves look different, but the flower is similar!

    Those are beautiful flowers. I think they are camellias. Rose of sharon is a variety of hibiscus that can grow to be a bush. Camelias are also a bush but the leaves are different.     Yes, they are beautiful and dainty flowers. I also do not know if they are called Rose of Sharon. It is a term derive from the Bible. But they look so nice and I don't think we have anything like this in the Phils. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

    I thought they are camellias. The are so soft and delicate.

    The leaves look different from the rose of sharon that I know, but what does that have to do with anything? These flowers are beautiful, and such a delicate pink!!!
