30 Minutes work out

We went to the Gym early this morning because the kids want to take a plunge in the swimming pool so I hit the cardio room first while the pool isn't open yet. My husband and kids played at the basketball court while I was doing my thing. I jog for 30 minutes at the treadmill (2 miles) and then I stop, I don't wanna miss the fun at the pool hehehe. Hubby took these photos.
Hope you guys are having a nice Saturday like us. I am sore now wahhhhhhhh!

  2. buti ka pa ang sipag mo mag workout kahit ang seksi mo na! Bat kaya ako ang tamad ko? heheheh! May treadmill ako pero 5 minutes lang ang tinatagal ko! muhaha! tumatanda na talaga ako!
