Kamayan Blues for Bangos (Milkfish)
I love seafoods, especially fish, crab and shrimp.. hmmmnnn yumyum.. Our ulam yesterday is fried bangus or milkfish. I bought a boneless one at the commisary and marinated it overnight with vinegar, garlic, salt and black pepper. Then I deep fried it, sarappppp...I sliced it into four pices because the pan is a lil' bit small.. so here it is, me and daughter ate it with kamatis or tomatoes with soy sauce... I ate mine with chili of course hehehe.. Hubby isn't dont of bangus so he just tried a lilttle. He like galunggong though..
How about you, what kind of seafoods do you prefer to eat in particular? Nytnyt crawlers! Thanks for visiting.. I have work tomorrow so I won't be able to bloghop.. God bless y'all!

ReplyDeleteHi Rose, your fish looks delicious. I have always love fish...sea ones only, more so shrimps, crabs and lobsters.
ReplyDeleteAnd especially love mackeral stuffed with chillies and deep fried till crispy.
And it was this particular dish as well fish head curry that made me lose my Bachelor's degree, ha ha.
I always blame fish for getting married, ha ha, but no regrets...better to marry the cook than going to eating shops everyday.
By the way, where's Sarah? Don't see her here?
