Snow is Better than Ice

My daughter and I doesn't mind walking from school to home  during MWF when my husband is in school.  It's fun to walk plus it gives us exercise and a time to play outside.  The photos below were taken last Monday.

Ms. Burrito wanted to walk in the field where snow was thick.

It gave me a chance to take some photos.

She also tried to climb at our neighbor's tree before we proceeded home.

Snow is better than ice because you can actually have fun but with ice, it is hard to walk on a sidewalk and you always have a fear of busting your kister lol.

I got a bit scared when we drove  to my FIL's house to get the kids (they decided to  went with Dad after school).  The road was so bad that we were starting to  slid.  Oh boy, I hope that this bad weather should end soon.

Treat

Here's  Champ eating his treat, a turkey leg..  It might sound scary to you but I assure you that our dog chews it very well before swallowing it.

Crystallized

 Due to the freezing that we are having since last night, the twigs of the trees are beautiful to look at to.

 It's crystallized!  However, I don't like this freezing rain because  I walk to school on MWF so that means that  the  sidewalk will be icy wahhh.  

 I don't want  anyone to see me bump my behind on the ground if I fall lol.

Oh well, that is part of  life so  all I can do is to face it.  Have a good day everyone.

Red Berries

These small berries adds delight to  someone's eyes  when  all the plants from the garden are dead.  They shine so bright and  alive especially on the presence of snow.  

Unfortunately, this berries  does not eliminate my migraine headaches.  I have this excruciating  migraine headache since this morning  and it just won't leave me alone.  I do however  some task to finish so I am trying to blog  wahhh.

Musical Snow Globes

My FIL gave this snow globe to Ms. Burrito yesterday. She's so happy because both of them love Mickey Mouse show. 

This is from my FIL too, he gave this to my daughter when we were about to  transfer to our own home about 5 years ago.

So now  both  kids have snow globe at home from Pap.  Thanks Dad, you're the best!
