Loyal Companion

Our Jack Russel Terrier, Champ, is my loyal companion when I am doing laundry at the basement and when I am gardening outside.
Sometimes, I would scold him for always throwing the ball at me.  He want me to stop and play with him hahaha.
Even when it's raining already, he wouldn't leave me.  That's how loyal  my Champaroo is.
Sometimes I'd like to think that  dogs are more loyal than human.  What do you think?
Have a lovely day everyone.

Blissful Marriage

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
 -Nuggets of Wisdom-

I thank God for the patience that He gave me  because I found the  right one!
Happy Anniversary my dearest Kulangot!

Canadian Geese

We went to Tomlinson Run the other day and we found so many Canadian geese in there. They thought that we have food for them so they crowded and followed us everywhere we went.
The Burritos remembered the last pack of cracker jack they have in the car so they race in getting it.
Then they fed the hungry  bunch.
It was a good day bonding with messy critters hehehe.

Shadowy Bloom

A lovely bloom from my SIL's front yard. I can't resist not to take a photo of it.  She told me  the name of the bush but I forgot it's name.
My husband received another certificate from  his school.  He made it again to the Dean's List last term.  We are so proud of you hon.  I stumbled upon  A level courses online and  want to share it to you guys,  you might be interested in checking it out.  I am sharing this post to weekly memes.

Rabies Shot

Our JRT Champ was due for rabies and other shots so we brought him to the Vet last weekend.  The little guy was so stressed out  when we were driving going to the Vet's clinic but  so calm going home.
This pretty receptionist was just sitting on top of the  reception window at the Vet's  clinic.  I took a picture of her and she posed for me.  Thanks Kitty!
While Champ was taking a damp, saw this  sparrow relaxing on top of the fence.  Love the clematis bloom too.

Nature's Goodness

Try to look around and appreciate what God has made for us. A short stroll in your yard will help you ease some worries, so grab your camera and take photos of simple things that interest you. That's what I do most of the time when my mind is cluttered with so much stuff.  God  gave all these for us to enjoy, so appreciate it.
I don't know what this plant/flower is called but when it blooms, the fragrance is really good!
I am not sure if this is a butterfly bush.
Let's all thank God for this wonderful land and everything that surrounds it.

Easter Lily Shadows

My SIL gave my FIL a pot of easter lily last Easter celebration. I took advantage of aking pictures of it when I aw it's shadows.
He actually received two pots but he gave one to Ms. Burrito. The latter  planted it  at the side of Mama Mary's grotto.
Wish I could have a DSLR camera so I can take some  good macro shots.  My camera doesn't take good macro shots, this is the best I could get.  When you zoom it in full, it gets so blurry.
Oh well, maybe someday!
Advance happy Mother's Day to all the Moms.  I got two  presents from my daughter  today.  Thanks Anak, I love 'em!

Backyard Friends

We dropped by at my SIL Cris the other day because my daughter wanted to know the recipe for making paper mache for the craft she want us to do.  Chris and her grand daughter Grace were in the backyard so we went cruising there.
Saw the  shadow of the tree and the Mr. Burrito and  Fat Boy came walking by so it's perfect for shadowy shots!
Little Gracie is such a happy little camper.  She is always  willing to give everyone a smile and a hug!
Here is the project that my daughter  did.
She wanted to attach this two together so we use paper mache in the middle.
It's a paper plate craft that represents her and her brother.

Have a  fabulous Easter everyone!

Weekend Shadows

The Burritos were so good at the church last Sunday so we  dropped by at the store and bought them some crafts to do.  Mr. Burrito insisted to have a squirt toy (he loves any kind of stuff that spits water).
We  visited Dad after church and stayed with him for almost two hours.
Mr. Burrito had so much fun squiting water on his toy while  Ms. Burrito and me did some crafts ( will post it next time).
Every time we  will go somewhere, our 5 year old  daughter volunteers to start the car.
When we came home, we let Wubzy out in the yard.  Unfortunately, I have to catch him after  an hour or so as he started eating my plants that are starting to sprout up wahhh.
Champ also tried to nail Wubzy, good thing I was  keeping an eye on them so I stopped him.

Photo with Easter Bunny

Our last trip today was to the Treasure Island Flea Market.  We tried to find a female bunny  for Wubzy's playmate but we did not  have a luck.  We found a booth  with Easter Bunny in costume so we through of trying it.  I was disappointed that the photographer has no skill in taking good picture.  She did not even  encourage the kids to smile or anything, she just  clicked the camera and that was it.  When it got developed, it wasn't good at all.   I thought that it was a waste of money, phew.
How about you folks, how's your weekend so far?  above is a souvenir  display at a cultural heritage show, it's a nipa hot inside a bottle that is made in the Philippines..

Test Fire and Enjoying the Wild Life

We went and visit my brother-in-law out in New Cumberland last weekend. My husband brought the hunting gun that he bought so he could test fire it at my BIL's property.
We called  Dad earlier if he wants to go with us  but he said no.  We went to his anyway and I convinced him to go.  Thanks Dad!
The humongous racing track at my BIL's game room.
This kind of activity is  so much enjoyed by our burritos.  They love to explore the nature.
While Daddy is getting ready for his  first fire..
We enjoyed posing and looking at worms, acorns, and other  bugs around.
They love throwing rocks on the stream.
Ms. Burrito can walk up and down the mountain with no problem but Mr. Burrito   catches his breath really easy.
Ms. Burrito took some of this photos.
Father and son bonding.
Have a nice day everyone!
