Surprise Visit

My husband and I brought the GPS navigating system that we bought last December (my gift for him) in going to Maryland. We also brought with us an address of his youngest Aunt Carol who lives in the said State. He said that if the location is near to where we will pick up the car, we will drop by and pay them a surprise visit. So after we finally picked up the car, we punched in Aunt Carol's address and presto, it is just a mile and half distance from where we were.
It is so nice to meet another relative of my husband. aunt Carol and her daughter Ladonna are very nice and kind. These were taken at the gas station before we finally drove home. Here's Aunt Carol and her daughter with hubby and me.
Sorry guys for the unannounced visit. We hope to see you again soon. Below is a shot that I took of my husband when we got off from the airport in Maryland. A perfect color for Ruby Tuesday isn't it?

May you have a great Tuesday folks.

After Christmas Malling

We went to the mall the other day just to entertain the kids. That's one disadvantage during winter because activities outside the house is very limited. You have to do some mall visits just t get the kids out of the house for a while.
Most of the stores are having an after Christmas sale of their decors and other stuff.
These poinsettias was offered by one of the memorial place for those who rest in peace already. It is so nice that even the departed ones are not forgotten during this special occasion of the year.
Thanks for dropping by and for leaving your trail folks! May you have a prosperous new year!

Let it Snow

When I woke up yesterday, I was bummed out to see that it was snowing because we suppose to go out with the kids but we went anyway. I am glad that my father-in-law has two extra bedroom set for us to use while we are staying at his house. We will probably transfer to our house after Christmas time or when our household goods arrive, whichever is earlier. Meanwhile we are enjoying our stay here. My father -in-law misses the kids so much so he is very happy that we are staying in his house for a little while before we transfer to our house.

I took these photos at Dad's back porch. This was just the start of snow fall yesterday. We accumulated 2-3 inches thick of snow.

It got so cold last night that I had to turn on the extra heater at our room. Right now, our weather is 29 degrees. My kids and I went to our family friend's house last night and eat some Filipino foods. They did not stay very long though because they want to go home and play with the new addition to our family, CHAMP. I took this chinese lantern when we ate at a Chinese resto yesterday.

And this sign at the entrance door.

On our way home, I spotted this red roof in a drive-thru fast food chain.
Thanks for visiting.

Our little fashionista

Our daughter love shoes. And being born in the year of the rooster, she wants to match her clothes with the color of shoes too. She found this pair of red shoes at the mall last weekend and she was talking me into buying it but I said no because it was expensive. But I took picture of her and the shoes for my Ruby Tuesday entry..

Chinese Outfit

We bought it for her when we had our 4-day get away in Osan last year. We are not Chinese but she love the costume so we got it for her.

The serious look! She was three years old in this picture. This is very memorable to me because she cut her bangs by herself, can you tell?
