Playdoh Cookies

Two sets of our burrito's playdoh are already hardening up due to excessive air exposure so before it totally gets hard, we decided to mold them into playdoh cookies last Friday.
It's fun for all the three of us because Mr. Burrito was a great help in kneading the dough and Ms. Burrito was in charge of baking it in her "oven".
I never had these stuff during my childhood so playing with them, I felt like a big kid hahaha.
Here are some of the "cookies" we've made.
We used the empty cookie cans to put all of them.
Now whenever Ms. Burrito wants to "host" a tea party, she has something to serve for a "snack".  So don't let your  playdoh hardened up, make something out of it.

The Birds Stayed

Good morning folks!
Took these shots the other day when I played with Champ  at our backyard the other day.
I noticed that the birds that we used to feed during summer did not leave.
They keep coming back every day even on frigid weather.
I feel bad for these critters.

Benefits of Serving the Military

When I came here in the States and learned all the benefits that  military jobs offer, I was so impressed because it is  much better than the  benefits that the military guys  in my country gets.  My husband said that some people doesn't like  joining the service for so many reasons.  Some  of the many benefits of serving the military is the opportunity to travel in different places, you could be  traveling the world depending on your assignments.  You get to learn different kinds of jobs and when you  retired you get a preference of  government jobs over other  applicants.

When my husband retired the Veterans Affairs sent him a letter saying that they could help if we will have a trouble keeping up with our loans and mortgages.  They can  give you assistance like  Streamline Refinance for your mortgage and stuff if you  have some  hard time  with your finances.  You can check out if you qualify by visiting VAHomeLoans.net and see what other benefits are available for you and your family.   If you need to get  copies of  DD214 forms just visit the link provided and you will see it.

Snow is Better than Ice

My daughter and I doesn't mind walking from school to home  during MWF when my husband is in school.  It's fun to walk plus it gives us exercise and a time to play outside.  The photos below were taken last Monday.
Ms. Burrito wanted to walk in the field where snow was thick.
It gave me a chance to take some photos.
She also tried to climb at our neighbor's tree before we proceeded home.
Snow is better than ice because you can actually have fun but with ice, it is hard to walk on a sidewalk and you always have a fear of busting your kister lol.

I got a bit scared when we drove  to my FIL's house to get the kids (they decided to  went with Dad after school).  The road was so bad that we were starting to  slid.  Oh boy, I hope that this bad weather should end soon.

Treat

Here's  Champ eating his treat, a turkey leg..  It might sound scary to you but I assure you that our dog chews it very well before swallowing it.
