Christmas 2017 at Home

My kids are now aware that Santa  is  Mom and Dad but they are still  excited to open their gifts.  They were both  have cold   last Christmas so they stayed up a little late compared to the previous years.  I decided to  take a video of them .  

We always let our Jack Russell Terrier open  their gift first.  Our other dog, Bolt is scared so Champ always do the honor to do it.  We got him this  rope that is suppose to last long but our JRT broke it in less than 10 minutes lol.

My kids left me some hints on my desk on what they want for Christmas so it was easy to buy the gifts.  Books are number one on their list, then  they have their favorite snacks and games.  Friends  also gave them some  gifts so they got busy as soon as they woke up.  I woke up around 1 am that day and couldn't go back to sleep so I just got down in the kitchen and cooked some food. 

Overall, it was a nice Christmas for all of us.  My husband got me a  new camera and I love it.  Since he is trying to get back in shape, we ordered the Bowflex Max Trainer  for us to use, well, mostly for him.  I hope that we can both achieve our  fitness goal this year.  We want to be healthy and strong as a family so we included fitness in our weekly routine of schedules.

My Christmas Presents

My kids  got us some  Christmas presents by using the money they saved from their piggy banks.  Mr. Burrito got me a gray top and Ms. Burrito got  me half a dozen of cute undies.

Darling Friends

Despite some issues that I have been dealing with silently, I still have so many things to thank for. A Darling friend of mine from bloglandia sent me a sun Dress all the way from the Philippines.  I was surprised as it wasn't my birthday but I  received a present so thank you very much!

Before I could try on the Dress,  my Dearest Daughter  tried  it on already hahaha.

Sunflower

Remember this sunflower that my daughter gave me for mother's day?

We kept it for   several days  inside the house for it to grow.

Last weekend,  she planted them in the yard already.

Thank you so much my dearest Burrito for being such a loving daughter.  We love you so much!

Precious Gifts

We would like to thank the Cole family from Pennsylvania for sending us a box of goodies last week. Thank you so much Mel for being such a thoughtful and nice friend, may God bless you more for that! Blogging have brought me so much great experiences especially in meeting good people.

Mel sent a Holly Royalton Collection with a certificate of authenticity. Holly's head hands and feet are fashioned of fine hand - painted bisque porcelain. Her costume has been hand-tailored using the finest fabrics and trims.

Do you see how happy she is in the picture? Thanks Mel for the gorgeous sterling-swarovski earring you sent me. You made my two sweet tooth men happy with the box of chocolate - my husband's favorite brand too. Most especially, our little man was so happy that he has something in the box, he is a fan of light bug years characters. He love those cute pencils and the stickers and magnet stickers made the two really busy hahaha.

So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much Mel. I hope that in due time, we will meet your family in person sistah.

Our Sunday with a Friend

Happy Monday everyone, how's your weekend? As I have mentioned in my other blog, our Korean friend Amy was visiting on weekend. She brought some presents for the kids, thanks Amy. You made our weekend extra special, we miss having you at home hehehe. I am happy for you for having a good employment. You can visit us anytime, just email or call us okay? Amy is very tall, I look like a kid hahaha.. On our way to get Amy at the gate. We did not do some cooking, my husband and I were both LZ lol. We just bought a pizza for us to snack in.
