Chase-aton

Chasing each other is a fun-filled activity that my angels love to do everyday. They never get tired of doing that. Whenever hubby is at home, our house is filled with screaming from the kids. But when hubby is at work, I am the one that do the chasing hehehe.

What do you think?

Some people say that our son EJ looks like me but other say the contrary. In your own opinion, who do you think EJ looks like, my husband John or Me?
What do you think?

our fairy

Hey guys, good morning! How's your Wednesday so far? I had a good time with my Korean language class yesterday. Right now, I am typing and at the same time cooking some beef nilaga hehehe... Anyhow, I just want to share these smiles to brighten up your day a little bit. Taken this morning while she was eating breakfast. Have a good day everyone and take care!
Thanks for coming by and commenting always!

Savor the simple Things

As a mother of two, I truly understand what Denise Austin is trying to say in her article that I copied below. It is very true that simple things make our children happy, that is why we have to value every little moment that we shared with our kids. Photos were taken at the lobby of the hotel in Legazpi City where we stayed.

Have you ever noticed how easily most children are made happy? Simple things — a colorful sticker, a trip to the park, hugging a cuddly puppy — make them squeal with delight and smile for hours.

Naturally, it's not as easy for adults to be so easily satisfied. While simple things should make us happy, life has gotten more complicated. Cute as they are, puppies just won't do it anymore — our happiness too often comes from big paychecks and expensive purchases. We've got less time to enjoy life and we're more stressed out. It's enough to make you wish you were a kid again!

In facing the reality of life

Before our flight on the 27th, we visited my sister Lyn in Pasig. Two of my other sisters who live in Cavite and Payatas went there for us to meet and see each other before we leave. They were not able to come home in Donsol during our visit. It was hard to see them for just a couple of hours and then say goodbye because I miss them so much. If I can just provide for all my siblings, I will definitely do it because I hate seeing them in their situations but I don't have the means. I can only pray for them that may God give them strength to carry on the challenges in life. I tried to set a good example to them before but they chose different direction. Oh crap, I don't like crying wahhhhhh! My sisters are very skinny and looks older than their age.
