Silence means trouble

Whenever my kids are very quiet, I always check out for them because they are always up to something. Just like one morning after my daughter's birthday , I went to my neighbor next door to return something and I decided to water my plants before going back in. After I got done, I came in and I immediately called their names because it was a total silence in the house. My daughter answered "over here mommy". They were in the dining room. To my dismay this was what they're doing.
They were both smiling at me so instead of feeling upset I just grab my camera and took the evidence hehehe. My daughter said "It's OK Mommy, the party is over". What a mess, I just got done cleaning the house and there they were again!

Contagious

If you wear a smile on your face, people seldom notice old clothes you're wearing. So it doesn't matter what type of clothing you wear, as long as you're smiling ~ you will look great all the time! The world will always look brighter if everyone will wear a smile on their face. I love this quote from the author of P.s I Love You by H. Jackson Brown, Jr. "Today, give a stranger one of your smiles. It might be the only sunshine he sees all day."
Before you put on a frown, make absolutely sure there are no smiles available but I assure you it's impossible not to get a smile. Smile is the most inexpensive way to change your looks..
Smile is a contagious desease but sure is the healthy one! If you wear a smile, you will have friend but if you wear a scowl, you will have wrinkles. So what do you choose, friends or wrinkles?

Kamayan Blues for Bangos (Milkfish)

I love seafoods, especially fish, crab and shrimp.. hmmmnnn yumyum.. Our ulam yesterday is fried bangus or milkfish. I bought a boneless one at the commisary and marinated it overnight with vinegar, garlic, salt and black pepper. Then I deep fried it, sarappppp...I sliced it into four pices because the pan is a lil' bit small.. so here it is, me and daughter ate it with kamatis or tomatoes with soy sauce... I ate mine with chili of course hehehe.. Hubby isn't dont of bangus so he just tried a lilttle. He like galunggong though.. How about you, what kind of seafoods do you prefer to eat in particular? Nytnyt crawlers! Thanks for visiting.. I have work tomorrow so I won't be able to bloghop.. God bless y'all!

Tired of Waiting

When I came home from work tonight, here is the scene that I saw with my kids... They're sleeping on the couch, with the head and feet hanging...Gosh, makes me wanna cry... Now I made up my mind, no more hesitation of resigning from work, I really need to do it for the sake of my children.. The money that I am earning isn't worth the time that I have been away from my kids. I'll just finish this year and that's it.. No more working next year, not until my kiddoes are big enough to go to school...

Adobo con Sili?

Our ulam (main course) yesterday was pork adobo. How do you cook your adobo? I don't really follow recipe, I enjoyed creating or inventing my own menu. Hubby like adobo with Mang Tomas Sauce in it.. It gives a little sweetness to it. We also put boiled eggs because our daughter love it (i like it too), its delicious. I dunno if you guys add potatoes, but its good too.
Here's my plate, don't be surprised to see some hot chili in there, remember that I am from Bicol and we are very fond of eating spicy stuff. John introduced me to this pickled chili which is hot and I like eating with my food with it (interesting combi eh?). It gives me more appetite, meaning I'm going to have these maximum bilbil again. Oh well, I'll just double up my work out then lol..
Hubby and daughter love sweet rice so I made them some for their dessert. I ate fruit as my dessert. So there you go my friends... I'll post tomorrow what we had for today.. See You all tomorrow...I'm going nyt nyt now.. God bless!
