Green Choice

I admire companies that provide their business with  environmental-friendly practice.  One of these companies that uses natural products in providing their services is the GreenChoice, a professional carpet cleaning company in New York.  Cleaning your carpet often will guarantee a long  life for it in your home.  Just like anything else, if you don't take care of it, then it will short-lived which is more expensive as you will need to replace it right away.

Granted that you don't have time to do it, you can hire a company like GreenChoice to clean  your carpet for you.   With a family like us who has kids and pets, it is very important that we use natural products that won't affect our kids or our pets.  Steaming our carpet is one of the  things that we do during Spring cleaning so it is almost due again for us to do that.

On the other note, I am glad to know that a company like GreenChoice care about their customers and  the environment as well.  How about you folks, do you clean your rugs by yourself or you hire someone else to do it for you?

Precious Moments' Nativity Scene Project

My Burrito's received some presents from their Lolo and Lola here in the neighborhood, thanks Don and Ruth.  They both have a set of craft to  assemble and .  Ms. Burrito had the Precious Moment Nativity Scene that needs painting and Mr. Burrito had the cars to be assembled and painted.  We did that during their  school vacation.
We put them away  and plan to display them next Christmas.  The painting job isn't  perfect but still precious because  it's one of the projects that we did as a family.  I love it when my Burritos are in the zone for doing stuff such as this.
Ms. Burrito  named one of the shepherds Zola.  Kids are funny.

Amniocentesis and a Birthday

Announcement, Scooby Doo errr Mr. Burrito is  celebrating his birthday, yippee!

Time flies, I can't believe it's been six years since our second bundle of joy was born.  We are bringing some snacks  and treats for his classmates tomorrow at his school.  I hope and pray that he won't get sick because Ms. Burrito  is sick.  With the flu that has been going around, I am paranoid and scared about my kids.  I hope that what Ms. Burrito has is just plain cold and nothing  serious.

I still recall when my test result  came back with some irregularities during the second trimester of my pregnancy.  My OB Gyne  sent me to a specialist in Pittsburgh to find out what's wrong.  The specialist advised us that our baby might have a down syndrome so he suggested for me to undergo an amniocentesis procedure so they could study what is wrong with the baby inside my womb.  The said procedure  could cause  miscarriage,  so we told him right there and then that we did not want it, that no matter  what our son would be, we are willing to face it and would love him the same.  I am so glad that we did not listen because  for six years now, our son  is healthy and smart.  He was born weighing 8 lbs and there was nothing wrong with him.  God is great, He protects those who believes in Him!

The History of Garage

I love big garages in a home. Our home has a single garage which is hard because we have two vehicles. The second vehicle is always park outside. I would love to have a house with a double garage someday. History of GarageCourtesy of Ifa Auto Low Cost Auto insurance

Smiling Angel

I took these shots of Ms. Burrito using mg new camera lens. I was trying to figure out the difference between my old lens and the new one. I like it but I put back my old one (18-55 mm). I will just use my new one (55-200 mm) when we have to travel.  Here's my  smiling angel.
