Donated School Uniforms

Before the   classes started, one of the Moms invited me  to sort our the donated school uniforms in our children's school.  Somebody gave me uniforms before but they were too big for my daughter so I just donated it back to school.  The school sells these  uniforms  for a very  cheap price for those  interested parents.  Some of the uniforms are brand new.
These donated uniforms are from families who transferred from other schools.  Most of the stuff that we sorted  out, we re-donated it to Goodwill.

While the Moms were sorting out the uniforms,  we set up  a picnic for the kids at the   field.  They played while we work.

  7. donating school uniforms sound like a very good idea, let others use them instead of storing them in the drawers to gather dust. looks like the kids had a wonderful picnic!

  8. What a great idea. School uniforms are so expensive. It's great that the school organized things like this. Daughter will only use her uniform for 2 years, if it still looks good, I might ask her teachers to donate it to their future students.

  11. Wow! Habang busy ang mga mommies, ang mga kids naman, enjoy na enjoy to what they are doing. Wish we also have good picnic places or school grounds here in our country. Yung perfect for outdoor activities talaga. Our weather kasi won't allow us to have fun outdoors. :/

  14. Sis Rose,
You are very charitable Mommy and am sure that pretty Burrito is proud of her Mom. This is an awesome way to help other parents that cannot afford to buy new uniforms. The uniforms are expensive too. This is a great way to give back to school and to the community. Kuddos to you Sis and your kids school :-)
