Kisses

My son love chocolates. Whenever someone gives us chocolates, I always keep it away because if I don't, he would just eat and eat. I only give him chocolate as a reward for doing something good or for behaving. Sometimes when he eats good food, he also get a chocolate. My husband bought him a small bag of kisses the other and EJ wouldn't give it to me. He held it till he fell asleep lol. I put it away and then when he woke up, his first words were "Where's my chocolates?" Oh glory, my son acquired his dad and grand daddy's sweet tooth.
It's snowing here again so I am blogging a little bit while waiting for my laundry to dry. Howdy folks?

  1. I have to hand it to you Rose. You know how to discipline your son. Buti naman at very sensible ang approach mo sa pagpapalaki sa mga anak mo. Pag sobra kasing nag indulge sila sa sweets lalo na sa chocolates eh baka maging sakitin sila pag laki. The name of the game is moderation in everything. God gave us all the good things in life but we should not splurge in them or else we will suffer the consequences of our over indulgence. There are many Americans suffering from obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cancer, etc. All these were brought about by wrong lifestyle and eating habits. Praise the Lord that you are so level headed and possess wisdom to shield your kids against these enticing traps. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

  2. Hi there! My kids definitely inherited their love of chocolate from their father! Hubs loves the stuff but I never touch it...I can't stand the taste of it! YUCK! But, my Dad really doesn't like chocolate either, so I'm like him. My mom, on the other hand, loves it! Isn't it funny what we seem to inherit from our parents?? :)

  4. EJ and I will get along very well, but I do love the ones with almonds. I can't eat plain chocolate, it has to have something nutty, otherwise I would get sick of it so quick that I won't be able to eat a lot. Hahaha!
