Tribute to a loving Father

It's been six years since my father died and I am still wishing that he is still alive. I missed him very much especially when we had our vacation in the Philippines. We brought the kids to his graveyard when we were there. I'm sure that he's happy to see his grand children. Today is Papa's birthday and I couldn't help but to long for him. I know that I did not tell you as often as I could when you were still here on earth but God knows how much I love you! May God grant you the peace in His kingdom. I miss you!

This picture was taken when John first meet my parents and family! Papa tried very hard to talk to John, I can still remember all the words that he told my husband.

  1. Rose, I miss my father everyday also. He would of Loved John and Crystal and the whole family. He Loved kids so your two would of been hugged alot! I know how you feel and say that one day we both will meet our fathers again. I am sure they know each other in heaven, and there is no language barrier.

  3. Rose, I know very well of what you feel right now because I also lose my father 20 years ago. Magkasunod pala kami nang birthday nang Papa mo, yeah we just wished that they are still here. What we can do is say a prayer for him today on his birthday. May he rest in peace.

  4. I am lucky to have my 92 year old father living with me since my step mother died last September. I however miss my mother whose death anniversary was on March 26th. She was a remarkable lady who kept four of her children united and made them successful human beings.

  7. I know that your father is happy wherever he is now. Mine passed away almost 5 years ago now, and I know he is happy because he can see that his family is in good condition.

We both wished that our fathers are still alive, but it's probably better for them to leave us, than them be in pain.
