Taco ala King

To add a new variation of menu in our table, we incorporated a Mexican dish and made some taco. This is my first time making it and I am glad that it turned out good. The preparation is very easy and quick. It only took me 15 minutes to prepare the whole thing. Here is the ground beef cooked with taco mix and a little bit of water. Here's the veggies - tomatoes and lettuce with the cheese. Here's the spicy and chunky salsa. Boy, it was hot...!
Here's the taco shells after baking it for 5 minutes in the oven. Baking the shell makes it more crispy... Want some?

  1. My hubby loves Taco.I like soft Taco though, hehehe. It looks so delicious already, yum yum!

  2. That's one of our favorites here at home especially daughter. She even makes some dressing/sauce for it though we don't bother to bake tacos. We just buy from the grocery. We're not so "sipag" like you eh!Lol!
And that one sure is yummy!

Btw, haven't posted yet our vacation in your hometown, Legazpi City. We love your place!

  3. looks yummy, thanks for sharing :-) you reminded i have to make it for hubby, it is his favorite, too!

  4. Taco's are so yummy! I'm going to have to make some for the family soon. My kids have fun filling their own shells!

  5. Hi Amy, what i dont like about is that its a little messy to eat hehehe, so what i do, i put the veggies and stuff in a plate and just scoop it with the taco shell hehehe..

  6. hubby is not fun of taco..he loves burrito instead...kakatakam naman to..meron pa ba jan manang ko?
