New Year Celebration

We celebrated our new year by dining out at Duffy's. We did not attend the party that the base hosted for the parents simply because we want our new year to start of us being together. The prizes at the party which included a trip for two to China were tempting but family is priceless! After dinner, we came home and watched a movie while waiting for the time to start the new beginning... new hope..... and new opportunities for us to explore the beauty of God's creation.
Here's our beloved children, going to the car following Daddy. here's EJ inside Duffy's while waiting for our food... How about you guys, how did you celebrate yours? Did you do something especial?

  8. What a beautiful little family. Two of our four daughters were here with us, and one partner of one daughter and one eight year old Granddaughter. Only one daughter and myself were able to stay awake to see the ball drop at Times Square in NY. The others either went on to bed, or were asleep in the recliners. Such is our life. We live a very quiet relaxed kind of life, always have. Never did go out and celebrate. Too many drunks out on the road on New Years Eve.
So Happy Belated New Years to you.

  9. I love your photos. They radiate your very close relationship. I admire you more for giving more priority to family bonding than attending an affair where you could have won a very attractive prize. God bless you more for that. I pray to God that you will be preserved in your present state of family togetherness and that nothing will come in the way of your happiness for your family. You can never go wrong when you walk in the will and the way of the Lord. Happy New Year to you and your family. God bless you all always my friends.
