I love seafoods, especially fish, crab and shrimp.. hmmmnnn yumyum.. Our ulam yesterday is fried bangus or milkfish. I bought a boneless one at the commisary and marinated it overnight with vinegar, garlic, salt and black pepper. Then I deep fried it, sarappppp...I sliced it into four pices because the pan is a lil' bit small.. so here it is, me and daughter ate it with kamatis or tomatoes with soy sauce... I ate mine with chili of course hehehe.. Hubby isn't dont of bangus so he just tried a lilttle. He like galunggong though.. How about you, what kind of seafoods do you prefer to eat in particular?
